Basic Methods
See the Handout on Plagiarism at the Methods Center as well as the blog post on Plagiarism 2.0. Also note that these standards apply fully to AI-generated text, which is not allowed. Students should do their own work, including brainstorming, researching, reading, writing, and editing. And in the few instances where help is appropriate, they should always acknowledge outside assistance whether from humans or machines.
