And I do hereby farther declare all\u00a0<em>indented servants<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Negroes<\/em>, or others (appertaining to rebels)\u00a0<em>free<\/em>, that are able and willing to bear arms, they\u00a0<em>joining his Majesty\u2019s troops<\/em>, as soon as may be, for the more speedily reducing this Colony to a\u00a0<em>proper sense<\/em>\u00a0of their duty, to his Majesty\u2019s crown and dignity.
