While \u201cthe record is mute\u201d as to who picked the location outside Philidelphia for building the camp, Wert notes that \u201cwhoever\u2026[it was] chose wisely.\u201d \u201cThe training site was located near \u2018Roadsite,\u2019\u201d which has Wert explains, was \u201cthe home of abolitionists James and Lucretia Mott.\u201d <i>Pennsylvania History<\/i>, which is the official journal of the Pennsylvania Historical Association, is available through a <a href=\"http:\/\/dpubs.libraries.psu.edu\/DPubS?service=UI&amp;version=1.0&amp;verb=Display&amp;page=home&amp;handle=psu.ph\" target=\"_blank\">digital archive<\/a> that contains all of the issues published between 1934 and 2005.
