I tell them if they see &#8220;I would have read this one for free&#8221; on their paper, I really liked it. She got her paper back and that was the only comment she looked for. It was there. Probably one of the best I&#8217;ve read in seven years.<\/p>\n<p>I love that &#8216;slave war&#8217; ran through the south and &#8216;destruction land&#8217; across the north. Completely random.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/housedivided.dickinson.edu\/sites\/responsive\/files\/2012\/08\/Total-War-v.-Slavery-Wordle1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-410\" src=\"http:\/\/housedivided.dickinson.edu\/sites\/responsive\/files\/2012\/08\/Total-War-v.-Slavery-Wordle1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"653\" height=\"433\" srcset=\"https:\/\/housedivided.dickinson.edu\/sites\/civilwar\/files\/2012\/08\/Total-War-v.-Slavery-Wordle1.jpg 653w, https:\/\/housedivided.dickinson.edu\/sites\/civilwar\/files\/2012\/08\/Total-War-v.-Slavery-Wordle1-300x198.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 653px) 100vw, 653px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The second paper did not have that commendation on his paper but I loved the ambition of his thesis. The South lost Gettysburg due to arrogance, disregard of orders and poor execution. I&#8217;d rather them be ambitious and come up short (I love helping them get the rest of the way) rather than striving for the mediocre.<\/p>\n<p>I love that Longstreet connects the fuse on this one.
