Many valuable resources are scattered amongst text books, in archives, and around the web. <a href=\"http:\/\/aotw.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Antietam on the Web<\/a> serves as a great source to bring some of these resources together in one place. Recognized by organizations such as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pbs.org\/civilwar\/classroom\/\" target=\"_blank\">PBS<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.historychannel.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">The History Channel<\/a>, the site features databases filled with information on weapons, timelines, and even a searchable <a href=\"http:\/\/aotw.org\/officers.php?officer_id=all\" target=\"_blank\">participants list<\/a>. The site contains great information students, as well as <a href=\"http:\/\/aotw.org\/exhibit.php?exhibit_id=420\" target=\"_blank\">teacher resources<\/a>.
